STG said Monday Webner, a 2024 Wash100 awardee, brings decades of technology consulting and public sector management experience to the role.
“Bill is a fantastic addition to the team. With his leadership and our deep bench of technical experts across application development and cloud solutions, we are expanding our software platforms to address the government’s most complex regulatory needs, including identity verification, fraud and risk management, next generation loan servicing, and process automation,” said STG Chairman and CEO Ben Wallace.
Before Capgemini, he was an executive at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), where he helped oversee the firm’s business in the federal finance, transportation and health sectors.
He currently sits on the Professional Services Council’s board of directors.
“I am excited to join STG and work with our Federal clients to transform and modernize their loans and grants platforms. Our partnership with Enlightenment Capital ensures that we can continue to bring this innovation at scale across the public sector,” said Webner.
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania-based STG supports U.S. federal agencies, financial institutions and enterprise customers by providing proprietary, cloud-based software for regulatory, government and financial workflows.
