The Department of Homeland Security has begun seeking information for a recompete contract worth more than $100 million to provide information technology operations and maintenance services to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
The IT User and Field Operations Support II contract vehicle has a five-year ordering period and covers technical services including service desk support, field services, site support, service center services, account management services and hardware incident resolution, according to a notice posted on the Acquisition Planning Forecast System.
USCIS anticipates releasing a solicitation for the single-award contract in April 2025, with the award expected in the first quarter of fiscal year 2026.
The selected contractor will provide a range of direct IT support services to USCIS field offices within and outside the contiguous U.S. until February 2031.
USCIS intends to host an industry day in June to provide further details on NEON II.
