What Has Greg Little’s Career Focused On?
Little has spent his career improving how large mission-focused organizations like the DOW leverage data, artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to modernize their operations.
Before joining Palantir, Little spent almost 12 years at the Pentagon, finishing as deputy chief digital and artificial intelligence officer for business analytics in July 2023. He led enterprise data strategy, business analytics and digital transformation efforts across the Department of War, work that included shaping performance management and financial analytics at the nation’s largest federal agency.
Little spent almost three years as the DOW’s director of its chief financial officer data transformation office and nearly four years as the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) business integration office team lead. Here he chaired the development of the DOW Financial Management Functional Strategy, refining the first financial management data analytics vision and strategy supporting the DOW’s audit remediation strategy.
He also spent four years as the Defense Agencies Initiative implementation lead at the Defense Logistics Agency. Little’s experience advising both government and industry equips him to bridge complex technical challenges with mission-critical outcomes, making his insights especially valuable for organizations navigating AI, analytics and digital modernization.
