What Is the Scope of the Evolve IT Services Contract?

According to the award notice posted Thursday on SAM.gov, the Evolve IDIQ covers enterprise IT management, digital transformation, cloud and data center services, application development, network and telecommunications services, and end-user support. Work assigned through individual task orders will help sustain and enhance the State Department’s global missions.

How Was the Contract Awarded?

The multiple-award IDIQ was competed using full and open competition and includes a one-year base and six one-year option periods. The State Department released a request for proposals for the Evolve contract in December 2022 and has since awarded positions to multiple companies.

Which Companies Were Selected for the Evolve Award?

Under the five categories of the Evolve contract, there were 11 awardees for IT management services, 14 for cloud and data center services, 13 for application development services, six for network and telecommunications services, and four for customer and end-user support services.
