Andrew MacWilliams, a senior account executive at Precision Talent Solutions since August 2021, has been appointed chief innovation officer at the government-focused recruitment and talent management company.
He will oversee the Washington, D.C.-based company’s investments in technology, staff training and recruitment and business growth processes, PTS said Sunday.
MacWilliams has nearly 20 years of government contracting experience in global talent acquisition and business consulting.
Before joining PTS, MacWilliams was director of talent acquisition at risk management and humanitarian services provider Constellis for over seven years.
“It is a real pleasure to elevate Andy to the enterprise level in PTS to help take our technology and business to the next level,” said Jake Frazer, president of PTS.
PTS uses proprietary technology to source, screen and recruit top talent for government services, defense and aerospace and international aid and development.
