Markon, a mission integrator for the federal government, has acquired Millennium Corp. to expand its delivery of mission-critical cyber services across defense, intelligence and federal civilian markets.
Markon said Friday that, through the transaction, it is positioning itself as a full-spectrum cyber provider, capable of delivering end-to-end cyber services across national security environments.
How Does the Millennium Acquisition Expand Markon’s Cyber Portfolio?
A central component of the integration is the consolidation and expansion of both firms’ Independent Research and Development programs under the Markon brand, unifying innovation investments and intellectual property.
The acquisition also brings K>fivefour, Millennium’s cybersecurity training and certification offering, into the Markon portfolio. The program provides scenario-driven instruction across five certification levels aligned with red team, blue team and integrated mission roles, helping agencies build and sustain operational cyber talent.
“For our customers, this partnership means continuity and expanded capability,” Millennium President Ryan Hill stated. “They will continue working with the same trusted teams, while gaining access to broader technical depth, increased innovation investment, and an enterprise platform designed to support long-term mission success.”
“By bringing Millennium into the Markon enterprise, we are expanding our ability to deliver integrated, mission-ready cyber solutions that span strategy, operations, testing, training, and sustainment,” Markon CEO Ray Carney added. “This combination allows us to support our customers with greater depth, resilience, and continuity across the full lifecycle of their most critical missions.”
Which Other Companies Has Markon Previously Acquired?
The Millennium purchase follows Markon’s December 2025 acquisition of PLEX, a cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and enterprise engineering firm. That deal expanded Markon’s capabilities in agentic AI, zero-trust architecture and secure systems integration, while increasing access to defense customers such as U.S. Cyber Command and Army Materiel Command.
In December 2024, Markon acquired JY Systems to expand its software, systems and cyber engineering capabilities supporting government cybersecurity and signals intelligence missions.
Markon also acquired ASEC in July 2024 to strengthen its support for federal agencies, particularly within the intelligence community and Department of War.
