Jennifer Kirkhoff Takes on Chief Growth Officer Role at Aptive

Jennifer Kirkhoff, a federal professional services industry veteran, has joined Aptive Resources as chief growth officer.

In this role, she will work with Aptive’s business leaders to pursue business growth initiatives and help drive market leadership by advancing the delivery of differentiated platforms and capabilities to customers, the federal consulting firm said Thursday.

Kirkhoff brings to the position over 25 years of experience in capture and operations, business development and corporate development for international companies.

Her industry career included time holding leadership positions at ICF (Nasdaq: ICFI), Philips Healthcare and Deloitte, among other companies.

Aptive CEO Rachele Cooper said Kirkhoff will help the company advance its strategic priorities and expand across the industry.

Aptive is an Alexandria, Virginia-based service-disabled, veteran-owned small business focused on providing consulting support in strategic engagement, health solutions and digital transformation for government customers.
