The Department of Homeland Security plans to recompete a multiple-award, blanket purchase agreement for internal control assessment support services.
DHS anticipates the release of a solicitation for the BPA by April 4 and expects the contract to be awarded by the third quarter of fiscal year 2024, according to a notice published Friday on the Acquisition Planning Forecast System.
The proposed BPA’s estimated value ranges between $50 million and $100 million.
The services to be provided through the BPA will enable DHS and the department’s Office of the Chief Financial Officer to achieve a clean financial statement audit opinion and a clean opinion on internal controls and implement the Office of Management and Budget’s Circular A-123.
