Aloysius Boyle, a nearly 20-year technology and cybersecurity industry executive, has been named CEO of Caveonix, a Falls Church, Virginia-based hybrid cloud security platforms provider.
He succeeds Kaus Phaltankar, co-founder of Caveonix who transitions to the newly created role of chief strategy officer and chairman of the board, the company said Sunday.
Boyle most recently served as regional vice president of sales at Zscaler (Nasdaq: ZS) and held a sales position at Splunk (Nasdaq: SPLK).
Phaltankar said Boyle’s experience, leadership and vision will drive growth and innovation that will benefit the company’s customers, partners and stakeholders.
Boyle stated that he looks forward to collaborating with the team and customers to further strengthen Caveonix’s presence in the field of cloud security and compliance.
