Jason Ingalls, founder and CEO of Ingalls Information Security, will join C3 as chief cybersecurity officer to oversee the company’s cybersecurity practice and work with the leadership team to create integrated services meant to meet the needs of government and commercial customers, according to a joint release published Tuesday.
“With this merger, our team will be able to expand how we help clients defend themselves from cyber threats, ensure that day-to-day IT operations are managed efficiently and securely, and support the growing need for organizations to prove their cybersecurity posture,” said Ingalls.
With the merger, C3 will expand its portfolio of managed IT and compliance services with the addition of Ingalls’ digital forensics and incident response, security operations center and managed detection and response capabilities.
C3 will also assist defense contractors in their Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification journey by providing IT management, compliant design and implementation, defense-grade cybersecurity and compliance assessment support services.
