Incapsulate is a Salesforce Platinum Consulting partner that helps public sector and financial services customers advance their digital transformation journeys, Accenture said Tuesday.
The acquired company will bring its team of more than 275 Salesforce practitioners and software engineers to Accenture Technology’s Salesforce business group.
“With Incapsulate onboard, we have strengthened our Salesforce services, particularly in the insurance and public sector industries, enhancing our ability to accelerate digital transformation and unlock business value for our clients,” said Emma McGuigan, senior managing director and enterprise and industries technology lead at Accenture.
Accenture employs over 50,000 professionals who support Salesforce implementation services for clients looking to use data and artificial intelligence-driven insights to transform their business processes.
