Rob Davies, vice president of strategy at Peraton since September 2021, has assumed responsibilities as VP and general manager at the Reston, Virginia-based federal technology and services provider, according to a LinkedIn post.
He will be responsible for leading growth initiatives for one of Peraton’s largest business segments and supporting the delivery of cyber, digital, cloud and engineering capabilities to federal customers.
Davies, a previous Wash100 awardee, joined Peraton through its acquisition of the as-a-service cloud business division of ViON, where he served as chief operations officer and executive VP of operations focused on the cloud business.
Before joining ViON, Davies was VP of public sector services at CA Technologies and president and CEO of Base Technologies, which CA acquired in April 2011.
