TechnoMile Names Donald Blersch, Ike Rivers to Security Information Management Advisory Board

TechnoMile has appointed national security leaders Donald Blersch and Isaiah “Ike” Rivers to its newly formed security information management board of advisers.

The Tysons, Virginia-based company said Tuesday Blersch and Rivers join 10 legacy SIMS Software advisers on the board, which is responsible for providing strategic guidance for TechnoMile’s SIMS Suite security operations products portfolio and delivery of innovative platforms designed to protect classified and high-value information.

The advisory board was created after TechnoMile merged with SIMS Software in January to advance the delivery of artificial intelligence-enabled platforms and related capabilities to government contracting, defense and public sector organizations. TechnoMile said the board also supports its federal security, compliance and mission-critical intelligence offerings.

“Don and Ike bring exceptional leadership and real-world experience across the national security landscape,” said TechnoMile CEO Ashish Khot.

“Their collective insight will be instrumental as we advance our mission—delivering a secure, artificial intelligence-enabled platform that unifies mission-critical workflows and data, embeds continuously learning intelligence into regulated processes, and provides the visibility, compliance, and expert-guided confidence organizations need to execute the government mission with clarity and precision,” Khot added.

Blersch is principal at Deep Water Point & Associates and founder of GovSec One. He also serves as chair of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance’s Security Policy Reform Council.

He also served as senior coordinator for security infrastructure at the State Department, where he oversaw information security, industrial security, supply chain risk management, personnel security and insider threat programs.

Who Is Ike Rivers?

Rivers is chief security officer at Astranis Space Technologies, where he leads the company’s security program focused on protecting critical space platforms, ground infrastructure and satellite operations. He also serves as industry spokesperson for the National Industrial Security Program Policy Advisory Committee.

He has more than four decades of experience spanning military, government and industry. The retired U.S. Air Force senior noncommissioned officer has supported industrial security programs across the Department of War and the intelligence community.
