Gillispie will serve as the company’s technology subject matter expert and help drive business growth strategy and technology road map, Integral Federal said Tuesday.
His 30-year industry career includes roles such as chief information officer of the mission integration business unit at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC).
He held senior management roles at companies including Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), ManTech and Airbus.
Integral Federal said Mullins brings over two decades of HR leadership experience and will oversee the company’s talent acquisition and human capital strategy.
She most recently served as chief HR officer at HighPoint Digital and managed HR functions at Oceus Networks, Grant Thornton and L-3 Communications.
