Helen Soln, former vice president of proposal operations at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), has taken on the same role at cyber and signals intelligence engineering company Eqlipse Technologies.
She will build, manage and expand Eqlipse’s proposal development center and help identify new business opportunities in the defense and intelligence sectors, the company said Tuesday.
At Leidos, Soln led a department that supports multibillion-dollar capture and proposal efforts for the government services provider’s business groups.
She also managed proposal functions for General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology unit, BAE Systems and Louis Berger, now part of WSP Global.
Private equity firm Arlington Capital Partners launched Eqlipse Technologies in March to provide support to national security clients in cyber, SIGINT, computer network operations and software development areas.
