Executive Mosiac recognizes Jerry McGinn for his vision and leadership in the expansion of the Center for Government Contracting as well as for driving advocacy for the GovCon sector and DoD’s defense acquisition system changes.

Most recently, GovCon Expert Jerry McGinn recently commented on the latest white paper to come out of the George Mason University’s Center for Government Contracting exploring the need to improve the licensing strategies required to better address the unique challenges of acquiring AI solutions.

The “Implementing Responsible AI: Proposed Framework for Data Licensing” that was published back in May was written by Benjamin McMartin, Esq. and Major Andrew Bowne.

“Data licensing agreements are critical and Andrew and Ben have developed an excellent framework for crafting custom use licenses that will help drive successful AI projects for government and industry,” Jerry McGinn explained.
