Arfield said Wednesday Avalos will serve as chief growth officer while Fidder will be chief technology officer and they will work together in efforts to help bring technology offerings to the government.
Avalos, a more than 25-year industry veteran, will oversee business development functions that include capture and proposal in his CGO post.
He previously held vice president roles at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) and BAE Systems‘ intelligence and security sector.
Fidder has gained more than three decades of technology experience during his previous careers at CACI, LGS Innovations, Lucent Technologies and AT&T Bell Labs.
