Serco Centralizes Customer-Facing Tech Offerings After WBB Acquisition

Serco Group‘s North American subsidiary has integrated customer-facing technology products and service offerings into a single business unit following its acquisition of Whitney, Bradley & Brown.

Serco Inc. said Monday its agile staffing department will house an organization comprised of enterprise architecture, analytics, procurement management, engineering and logistics, strategy and operations and machine learning competencies.

All six competency teams will report to Sharie Bourbeau, vice president of agile staffing at Serco.

The Herndon, Virginia-based government services contractor aims to spur development, maturation and cross-collaboration work on technology offerings through the reorganization effort.

Serco purchased WBB from global private equity firm H.I.G. Capital in a $295 million deal that closed in April.
