Kepro, a provider of technology-enabled support to federal and private health payers, has agreed to buy population health management software provider eQHealth Solutions for an undisclosed sum.
Baton Rouge, Louisiana-headquartered eQHealth offers population health management offerings such as the eQSuite software-as-a-service platform and the eQCare a community-based service, Kepro said Thursday.
Susan Weaver, president and CEO of Kepro, said the company made the acquisition to grow its work in government and commercial health care programs.
Jones Walker and Lyle Johnson were eQHealth’s legal service providers in the transaction while Coker Capital served as its financial adviser.
Smith, Gambrell & Russell acted as Kepro’s legal adviser on the deal.
