The 25-year security professional will manage employee and customer relations in his new position and lead S&T innovation efforts aimed at supporting clients’ missions, System High said Tuesday.
Borden previously served as the company’s director of security and infrastructure and as program manager for its business with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
He worked as director of security at Sierra Nevada Corp. before his move to System High in 2016 and led the reorganization of the U.S. Army’s special programs directorate during his time as director of the Army Special Access Program Central Office.
Earlier in his career, Borden held security management roles at the Department of the Navy and NASA and as deputy program manager at ManTech International‘s (Nasdaq: MANT) mission, cyber and technology solutions group.
“His decades of experience mastering multiple security disciplines has enabled him to mentor numerous next-generation security professionals and overall, help System High maximize our impact to preserving national security,” said Sarah Lord, chief operating officer of System High.
