Bechtel-Led Industry Team Secures $186M to Continue USAF Flight Simulation Complex Support

A team of Bechtel, Sierra Lobo and GP Strategies will continue to help the U.S. Air Force operate testing facilities for military aircraft, missile and space systems under a $185.6 million contract modification.

USAF exercised option year five of the original cost-plus-award-fee contract with National Aerospace Solutions for support services at Arnold Engineering Development Complex in Tennessee, bringing the agreement’s total cumulative face value to $1.52 billion, the Department of Defense said Monday.

The Bechtel-led NAS consortium performs testing work, develops technology and maintains equipment for AEDC.

Sierral Lobo and GP Strategies are the other primary members of NAS, while nLogic and Chugach Federal Solutions serve as teaming subcontractors on the team.
