Noble said Wednesday the deal adds tailored logistics to the Boston-based company’s SOE support portfolio.
“This acquisition brings together two companies that are razor-focused on ensuring that our warfighters and government customers have the supplies, gear and equipment they need to complete their missions,” said co-founder and CEO Tom Noble.
Noble expects the partnership to establish a one-stop source of SOE and maintenance, repair and operation services for customers in the sector.
