The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has selected nine companies to compete for construction, repair and maintenance projects in Romania under a five-year, $250 million contract.
The firm-fixed-price contract covers multiple projects to build new facilities and maintain or renovate existing sites within the assigned area, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
USACE received 15 bids via an online-based solicitation process and projects work to conclude by March 3, 2026.
