TechnoMile, pWin.ai Team Up to Support Contract Pursuit, Proposal Work

TechnoMile will resell pWin.ai’s artificial intelligence-powered proposal platform to government contractors, including those in the aerospace and defense sectors, under a partnership announced Tuesday.

In a press release sent to GovCon Wire, TechnoMile said the platform will be integrated into its Growth Suite to provide a unified, end-to-end workflow, merging TechnoMile’s opportunity and capture intelligence foundation with pWin.ai’s advanced proposal generation capabilities to support contractors throughout the entire lifecycle—from early-stage opportunity identification to final proposal submission.

TechnoMile is a gold sponsor of the Potomac Officers Club’s 2026 Artificial Intelligence Summit on March 18. The event will bring together senior federal, defense and GovCon leaders to discuss how AI is being implemented across mission and enterprise environments. Register now to hear keynotes and practitioner-led panels focused on integrating AI into legacy systems, scaling from pilot to operations, and building the data and infrastructure foundations needed for effective adoption.

What Role Does pWin.ai Play in the Workflow?

PWin.ai’s proposal development software has a built-in structure aligned with Shipley-based proposal practices. TechnoMile said the combined offering is designed to help contractors identify and qualify opportunities faster, improve consistency in pipeline execution and reduce the time required to draft proposals. The integrated workflow is intended to limit manual handoffs, support higher bid volume without proportional staffing increases and provide an environment that meets federal cybersecurity compliance expectations.

“Winning government contracts is a complex, data-intensive endeavor that requires precision and speed,” said Mick Fox, chief operating officer at TechnoMile.

PWin.ai CEO Vishwas Lele echoed the sentiment, noting that the partnership extends beyond simple automation. “Our mission at pWin.ai is to help federal contractors transform growth execution, not just proposal writing. “Together with TechnoMile’s Growth Suite, we will scale capture intelligence with AI agents and enable teams to increase bid capacity and win rates without scaling headcount,” Lele said.

What Recent Moves Has TechnoMile Made to Expand Its Platform?

The partnership follows TechnoMile’s merger with SIMS Software, which expanded the company’s offerings to include industrial security information management alongside growth and contract-related tools.
