Defense industry leaders Steve Worley and Chris Emerson have joined the board of directors of HawkEye 360, a Herndon, Va.-based radio frequency data analytics company.
“As members of the Board of Directors, they will bolster HawkEye 360’s position as an innovative geoanalytics company and will help push the company to solve hard challenges for our global customers,” HawkEye 360 CEO John Serafini said in a statement published Thursday.
Worley is vice president and chief operating officer of cybersecurity, training and services at Raytheon Technologies’ (NYSE: RTX) intelligence and space business. He previously served as chief financial officer for intelligence, information and services business at Raytheon prior to its merger with United Technologies Corp.
Emerson is chairman and president of Airbus’ U.S. space and defense business. He previously served as president of Airbus Helicopters and SVP and head of marketing at Airbus commercial aircraft.
