Engineering and technical services provider Qualis has purchased Bonham Technologies Inc., which offers support for aircraft and combat weapon systems, for an undisclosed amount, the Hunstville Business Journal reported Thursday.
Roderick Duke, president of Qualis, said the company made the acquisition to grow its rotary-wing and unmanned aircraft service offerings.
Retired U.S. Army Col. Louis Bonham established BTI in 2004. The minority-owned service-disabled veteran-owned company has supported UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters and ground vehicle platforms.
BTI previously worked with the U.S. Army's Aviation and Missile Research, Development and Engineering Center, now called the Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation and Missile Center.
