Medico Lands $891M Army Contract to Supply Projectile Components, Mortar Shells

Medico Industries will supply the U.S. Army with 155mm M795 projectile metal parts and 120mm mortar shell bodies under a potential 10-year, $891.2M contract.

The service branch received one bid for the fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract via an online solicitation, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

DoD expects work to be completed by July 30, 2029.

Wilkes Barre, Pa.-based Medico offers a variety of construction equipment, metal parts and associated support services.
