MullenLowe has secured a potential six-year, $211.9M contract to provide full-service integrated marketing and advertising services to the Department of Defense’s Office of People Analytics.
The Defense Human Resources Activity announced the Joint Advertising, Market Research and Studies contract award in a FedBizOpps notice posted Friday.
Under the single-award contract, MullenLowe will support brand planning, identifying target markets, design and development, conducting and administrating campaigns, database management and website properties.
The company will also support military recruiting and retention programs through necessary personnel, management, materials, administrative and technical services.
The firm-fixed-price requirements contract contract has one base year and five option years.
