Natasha McLean, a 17-year veteran of Serco Inc., has been appointed managing director of the professional and technology services contractor’s Canadian business.
McLean will report to David Cummins, a senior vice president at Serco Inc., and oversee business development strategies and all operations across defense, citizen services and transportation sectors in Canada in her new role, the company said Thursday.
“With a focus on growing our business and providing customer service excellence, Natasha is a perfect fit to lead Serco’s Canadian business,” said Dave Dacquino, chairman and CEO of Serco Inc.
McLean has managed the Site Support Services contract for Canada’s defense department and other operations at Goose Bay in the past five years and oversees a team of about 250 employees to deliver logistics, air operations and engineering support to Canada’s air force.
She also held leadership roles in human resource and operational program management at Serco.
