Gordon Foster, formerly executive vice president and chief financial officer of ASRC Federal, has joined Constellis as CFO.
He brings more than two decades of finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, operations and business strategy experience to his new position, Constellis said Thursday.
His experience and qualifications in financial strategy and business management serving customers in federal agencies, state and local governments and commercial markets make him a great match for our company,” said Tim Reardon, CEO of Constellis.
Before he joined ASRC Federal in 2015, Foster held a similar role at Northrop Grumman‘s (NYSE: NOC) from 2011 to 2015 and business management director from 2003 to 2015.
He earned his bachelors degree in business administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and his masters degree in finance and international business from Villanova University.
