NIH Awards Nine Spots on $500M Follow-On IDIQ for Comm, Marketing Services


Nine small businesses have won spots on a potential five-year, $500M contract vehicle for communication, evaluation and social marketing services to the National Institutes of Health and other agencies under the Department of Health and Human Services.

NIH announced the winning vendors for the Public Information and Communication Services II contract in a FedBizOpps notice posted Thursday.

Contractors will vie for task orders to help NIH and its partner agencies disseminate health and scientific information to the public through different media channels, consumer-oriented information clearing houses, national exhibit programs and campaigns.

Awardees are:

  • Betah Associates
  • BLH Technologies
  • CSR
  • Hager Sharp
  • Hendall
  • IQ Solutions
  • NOVA Research Company
  • Palladian Partners
  • The Scientific Consulting Group

The companies will be responsible for recruiting personnel, maintaining facilities and procuring goods or services on behalf of the government to complete task orders.

Betah Associates, CSR, IQ Solutions, Palladian Partners and the Scientific Consulting Group held positions on the previous iteration of NIH’s procurement vehicle.
