Northrop Wins Air Force Electronic Warfare Sensing R&D Contract


TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 5, 2018 — Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) will research and develop a precise reference sensing system for the U.S. Air Force’s collaborative electronic warfare program under a potential $23.6 million contract, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

The Defense Department said Monday Northrop will perform positioning, navigation and timing technology development, as well as support prototyping, integration, modeling, simulation, wargaming and analysis efforts at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base as part of the contract work.
