Accenture, Thales Unveil Blockchain Tech for Supply Chain Security at Farnborough Air Show

TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 17, 2018 — Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has collaborated with Thales to demonstrate a blockchain-based supply chain security system at the Farnborough Air Show that runs through July 22 in England, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.

The platform, which is based on Linux‘s Hyperledger Fabric project, is designed to detect, track and authenticate aircraft components through the use of blockchain, internet of things and other technologies, Accenture said Monday.
