Michele Cook, a more than two-decade defense and intelligence market veteran, has been named senior vice president of business development at SOS International.
SOSi said Monday Cook joins the company after she previously served as executive VP of business development at KeyW (Nasdaq: KEYW), which acquired Sotera Defense Solutions in March through a $235 million cash deal.
“[Cook] is among the most talented business development professionals I know in the industry, and she brings tremendous insight and experience in the areas where we see much of our future growth,” said Julian Setian, SOSi president and CEO.
Prior to KewY, she held the roles of a principal at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), business development VP at Six3 Systems and executive director for business development at the intelligence services unit of CACI International (NYSE: CACI).
