Avaya Gets FedRAMP ATO for Unified Comms Product; Jerry Dotson Comments

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 27, 2017 — An Avaya business unit has secured certification under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program for its unified communications technology in partnership with Collab9, ExecutiveBiz reported Oct. 19.

Avaya Government Solutions received FedRAMP authority-to-operate at moderate impact level to offer its Aura Communication Manager UC product portfolio to government agencies, the company said Oct. 19.

Jerry Dotson, vice president of Avaya Government Solutions, said the company works to deliver enterprise-grade UC services to government customers on a fixed-cost-per-user basis.
