Ellen Minderman, formerly director of enterprise solutions at Raytheon‘s (NYSE: RTN) intelligence, information and services business, has joined Research Innovations Inc. as vice president of command, control, communications, computers and intelligence.

RII said Tuesday Minderman will oversee the company’s C41 business unit that covers joint command-and-control and targeting, mobile and tactical C2 platforms and information operations in support of U.S. military branches and allies.

RII CEO Jack Harrington said Minderman is a business leader and that he looks forward to working with her to develop C4I technology capabilities designed to address national challenges.
