Scott Needleman

Scott Needleman, formerly vice president and general counsel at software firm Mythics, has been appointed to the same roles at DLT Solutions.

DLT said Tuesday Needleman will be responsible for all aspects of the Herndon, Virginia-based government technology services contractor’s legal and contracts unit.

“Scott has deep relationships and an excellent reputation within the federal [information technology] community,” said Art Richer, president and CEO of DLT Solutions.

Needleman is a 20-year public sector veteran with experience in intellectual property, compliance, resale, corporate strategies and enterprise-level transactions.

Prior to Mythics, he spent more than a decade as VP of corporate development and general counsel at immixGroup, which now operates as Arrow Electronics’ (NYSE: ARW) public sector arm following the 2015 acquisition.

He previously served as director of government contracts at Digital Signature Trust and as a judicial law clerk at a county circuit court in Maryland.
