Arrow Electronics Closes immixGroup Buy

Arrow Electronics (NYSE:ARW) has completed its purchase of immixGroup in a move to grow Arrow’s presence in the government information technology market.

McLean, Virginia-based immixGroup works with IT product and service providers, channel partners and value-added resellers to help them deliver offerings to public sector clients, Arrow Electronics said Tuesday.

The transaction is projected to be accretive on Arrow earnings by at least 10 cents per share over the next year.

Arrow Electronics operates in more than 460 locations globally and provides enterprise computing products and electronic components in partnership with original equipment manufacturers and vendors.
