The Executive Mosaic GovCon Index (GCI) continued to climb for the fourth consecutive day, closing at 102.025 up 1.093 percent. ICF International topped the GCI delivering greater than 5.00 percent growth, while CACI, AECOM, Navistar, and ManTech all posted greater than 2.00 percent positive change on the day. Advancing shares outpaced declining 5 to 1.
The major indices all closed up for the fifth day. The S&P500 moved ahead by 0.57 percent to 2,471.65, while DJIA gained 0.25 percent to  21,948.10, and the NASDAQ Composite was up 0.95 percent to close at 6,428.66.
Crude oil rebounded today as the Texas Gulf Coast refiners begin to recover from Hurricane Harvey. WTI on the NY Mercantile Exchange ended the day up by 2.52 percent to $47.12 per barrel.
