Battelle Takes Direct Control of SeeByte Subsidiary’s US Arm


TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 24, 2017 — Battelle has realigned the San Diego-based U.S. business of its SeeByte subsidiary under its direct management in efforts to drive greater collaboration with U.S. government clients on unmanned underwater systems, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

The move also works to address concerns over foreign ownership, influence or control of the business and facilitate the opening of a new SeeByte Inc. office in Boston, Massachusetts, Battelle said Thursday.
