Kevin Boyle
Kevin Boyle, formerly senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Alion Science and Technology, has joined Vencore as SVP and general counsel.
Vencore said Tuesday Boyle will oversee the company’s legal and ethics functions as well as contracts, procurement and property management organizations in his new position.

“[Boyle] has extensive experience as a legal executive in successful corporate transactions, intellectual property oversight, procurement and government contracting law,” said Vencore President and CEO Mac Curtis, an inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 for 2017.
Boyle previously held general counsel roles at MCR, Vangent, General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology segment, Anteon International, InterWorld and Avesta Technologies.
He has served as a principal at Trillium Strategic Advisors since January 2016 and advised multiple government information technology companies on strategic legal, regulatory and business matters in that capacity.
