CenturyLink to Distribute EagleForce Analytics Tech to Gov’t; Erich Sanchack Comments

TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 6, 2017 — CenturyLink (NYSE: CTL) has entered into an exclusive sales and distribution agreement with EagleForce Associates to offer the latter’s predictive analytics tool to government agencies for use in pharmaceutical monitoring, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

The partnership aims to leverage the analytics technology to support government efforts against prescription drug waste, fraud and abuse and build on the accuracy of procedures to verify pharmaceutical claims, CenturyLink said Tuesday.

“Adopting these new technologies and methodologies will enable the government to more efficiently and effectively audit pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmacy benefit managers and retail pharmacies in real time for potential violations, thus saving billions of dollars and thousands of lives,” said Erich Sanchack, senior vice president and general manager for federal solutions at CenturyLink and an inductee into Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 for 2017.
