MC Dean Awarded $163M Contract to Support Pentagon Force Protection Org’s Electronic Security Systems


M.C. Dean has secured a potential five-year, $163 million contract from the Washington Headquarters Services to provide integrated security services to the Pentagon Force Protection Agency.

The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract covers installation, maintenance and repair and support work on PFPA’s electronic security systems in the National Capital Region, the Defense Department said Wednesday.

Work will occur in Virginia and Pennsylvania through June 26, 2021.

WHS obligated Pentagon Reservation maintenance revolving and building maintenance funds for fiscal year at the time of award.

The PFPA works to protect and safeguard the occupants, visitors and infrastructure in the Pentagon building, Mark Center, Defense Health Headquarters and other delegated Pentagon facilities.
