The Department of Homeland Security has awarded 13 companies positions on a potential three-year, $1.54 billion contract to provide agile design and development services for DHS.
DHS awarded the Flexible Agile Support for the Homeland contract vehicle as an agency-wide, small business set-aside program, the agency said in a FedBizOpps notice posted Monday.
The agency received 114 bids for the FLASH procurement vehicle that has a base term of one year and two option years.
