February 29 Morning Report: GovCon Index Posts Nominal Decline Friday

GovConIndexDOWNThe GovCon Index closed Friday with a nominal decline of 0.082 points to 72.487 on falling crude oil prices and a slight increase in inflation.

The Index also posted a 1.538-percent gain for the week on economic uncertainty and commodity price declines.
