Bill Cavanaugh, founder and former president of government services consulting firm WDC, has joined Constellis Group as chief growth officer.
Constellis said Monday he will oversee growth initiatives, strategic planning, corporate development and marketing communications operations of the parent company of Triple Canopy, Olive Group and other consulting and security services firms.
Cavanaugh “will play an integral role as we look to grow Constellis’ government business domestically and internationally, †said Craig Nixon, CEO of Constellis Group.
The more than three-decade government contracting veteran has held senior executive roles in business development at DynCorp International and Fluor Corp. (NYSE: FLR).
Cavanaugh is also a nearly three-decade veteran of the U.S. Marine Reserves and holds a bachelor’s degree and graduate degree in education and business.
