Dr. Timothy Cooke, president of the consulting division at ASI Government, will serve as president and CEO at the Arlington, Virginia-based professional services contractor beginning on Feb. 15.He succeeds Kimberly McCabe, who has led the company over the past four years and will remain as a board member, ASI said Thursday.
“I’m thrilled to take on this new role within ASI, and I am enormously excited about the company’s future, ” said Cooke.
“At the same time, I am grateful for all that we accomplished under Kymm’s direction: transforming our company, outperforming the market, growing our unparalleled team and leading the charge on Acquisition of the Future, ” he added.
He currently leads the organization that provides acquisition consulting services to public sector clients.
Before ASI, Cooke held various roles of increasing responsibility throughout his two-decade career at SRA International and also served in a senior economist role at the Center for Naval Analyses.
