Day & Zimmermann Takes Full Ownership of Security Firm SOC; Hal Yoh Comments

Day & Zimmerman logoDay & Zimmermann has acquired the remaining stake in security technology and infrastructure services company SOC for an undisclosed amount.

Steve Selfridge, a 30-year public and private sector veteran, will lead SOC as president, D&Z said Tuesday.

“We are committed to enhance and build upon SOC’s legacy as a loyal and trusted partner to its customers, ” said Hal Yoh, D&Z’s chairman and CEO.

SOC employs more than 5, 000 workers globally and also offers mission support, base operations and professional staffing services in the government sector.
