Louis Addeo, ManTech EVP, to Retire at Year’s End

Louis Addeo, executive vice president of corporate development and strategic acquisitions at ManTech International (NASDAQ: MANT), plans to retire from the company on Dec. 31.

He informed the company of his plans Monday, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

The news was first reported by Jill Aitoro of the Washington Business Journal.

Addeo has held his current role since February 2013, when he elevated to the position from a prior role as president and chief operating officer for the technical services group.

His GovCon career also includes nearly 30 years at AT&T (NYSE: T), which included time as president of the telecommunications company’s government solutions business.
