Former ManTech EVP Louis Addeo Joins SOS International’s Advisory Board; Julian Setian Comments

Louis Addeo, formerly executive vice president for corporate development and strategic acquisitions at ManTech International (NASDAQ: MANT), has joined the board of advisers at Virginia-based government services integrator SOS International.

He aims to help drive the company’s expansion activities in the government contracting sector, SOSi President and CEO Julian Setian said May 18.

At ManTech, Addeo supervised more than $500 million in acquisitions the company made to grow its work for U.S. defense, healthcare and cybersecurity organizations.

He has also served as president of ManTech’s technical services business group, chief operating officer of Serco Group‘s North American subsidiary and CEO of AT&T‘s (NYSE: T) government solutions unit.

Addeo is a former board member at the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association and the United Services Organization.
